**VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!  PLEASE NOTE:

1-VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING EVERYTHING FOR THEIR BOOTH/DISPLAY! The Heber Outdoor Festival DOES NOT provide your canopy, chairs, table etc.If you are traveling to the event via air & are unable to bring your own canopy for the event, please contact Jared Winkler or Jason Dyer directly via email ASAP & we will try to accommodate your needs; exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis with APPROPRIATE NOTICE.Anyone showing up the day of the event without a canopy will be out of luck!!

2-VENDOR BOOTHS MUST BE WEIGHTED DOWN AT MINIMUM OF 40 POUNDS PER LEG: Any vendor who sets up their booth or display without a means to weight the legs will be asked to tear down immediately & NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! This is a matter ofsafety, not just for you, but for all the other vendors who are next to you for the show; each year without fail we see at least 1-2 vendor booths that turn into a pretzel because the legs were not weighted down correctly.

**PLEASE NOTE** THE VENUE DOES NOT ALLOW STAKES OF ANY KIND to be used for booths so you will need to weight the booth legs with 5 gallon buckets of water, sandbags, loaded coolers, etc. If you need ideas besides the ones listed, please reach out to Jared or Jason ASAP.

3-Additional set-up & tear down information will be sent out closer to the event dates & booth assignments will be ready for you at 7am the morning of the 10th. If you have any preferences regarding location and/or other companies you may like to be located next to, please indicate here & we will do our best to accommodate your request:

**VENDOR BOOTH HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS**

SATURDAY THE 11TH FROM 10AM TO 5:00PM. With setup starting at 7AM.

*Please don’t hesitate to contact Jared Winkler if your business or organization would like to participate but needs to cover booth fees via in-kind product donations. The Heber Outdoor of Directors will gladly look at this option on a case-by-case basis. The festival must pay for all hard expenses ahead of the event, which is why we need to limit the number of companies paying via in-kind donations that are auctioned/raffled during the festival. That being said, we also want the 9th annual Heber Outdoor Festival and kids Provo River Fly Fishing Derby to be inclusive of any business or organization wishing to participate and will do our best to accommodate each vendors situation as best as we can.
