FurHarvester Education Course

The Modern Trapper shares in an Historical lifestyle that brought Utah into Existence, have you ever driven down I-15? Then you've followed in the footsteps of Jedidiah Smith. Have you ever Fished the Ogden River, then you've stepped where Peter Skene Ogden portaged a tough spot in the river.

 The furharvester education course provides instruction in safe and responsible trapping, including instruction in the use of trapping devices, trapping laws, trapping ethics, techniques in safely releasing nontarget animals, firearms safety, wildlife management, proper catch handling trapper health and safety, and ethics related to the avoidance of conflicts with other public land users and private landowners.

Cost for the class is $6 and the Furharvester Education class registration certificate must be purchased from Sportsman's Warehouse or any other place which sells hunting and fishing licenses. Do not purchase the Certificate online
